Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your patronage. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can apply for a return or refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

You can apply for a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order if you meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the special nature of 3D printed footwear, the following items may not be returnable:

  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items damaged due to improper use
  • Items past the return period

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and provide:

Your order number

Photos or videos of the problem

We will arrange a replacement, return, or full refund after verification.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return label with instructions on how to send it and your address.

Please note: Items returned without prior request for return will not be accepted.

4. Returns Process

Do not return items without approval.

5. Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

The best way to ensure you receive the item you need as quickly as possible is to return the item you have received and purchase a new item separately after the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the item was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without any reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in its original condition as received, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Processing Time: 5-10 business days.

7. Damage and Problems

Please inspect the goods immediately upon receiving your order. If there are any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong goods, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it properly.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Some types of items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

We regret that we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

8. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods:

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment account.
