Shipping Areas and Costs
We have multiple warehouses in the USA, EU, UK, Japan, and other locations. Normally, your order will be shipped directly from the warehouse near you. If the nearest warehouse is out of stock, we will ship directly from China to fulfill your order.
Delivery Time and Shipping Costs:
Delivery Time: Usually approximately 7-15 business days (except in special circumstances)
Please note that product sizes and stock quantities vary from warehouse to warehouse. Please carefully check your order details.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Due to policy reasons, we do not support filling in postal mailbox addresses or military addresses.
Delivery and Inspection
Due to the high price of our shoes, please pay close attention to the delivery time. If you are unable to pick up your order within the delivery time, we recommend that you contact the courier company in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time to ensure you receive your goods smoothly.
Once you (or your agent) receive the goods, Airytre will consider that you have accepted the packaging, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, we strongly recommend that you record a complete unboxing video. If you find damaged packaging, missing goods, or broken products, please contact Airytre customer service within 24 hours of receiving your package, and we will assist you immediately.
Airytre is not liable for order delays or refusal due to the following reasons:
Delivery time may be delayed by 1-2 days due to remote area transportation.
Delays or non-delivery caused by the recipient's actions. These actions include, but are not limited to: changing the address after shipment, entering an unknown or incorrect address, entering incorrect contact information, refusing to accept the package, etc.
Delays caused by force majeure. "Force majeure" refers to objective circumstances and other conditions that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, or insurmountable, resulting in delays in goods, including but not limited to: control or disruption of national or regional air or land transportation systems (e.g., weather conditions), interference or failure of communication systems, government actions, changes in postal administration policies, war, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rain, dense fog, and other similar events.
Prohibited items, mobile phones, electronic products, fragile items, and other items that cannot be transported by air due to aviation safety regulations.
Goods confiscated or disposed of due to violations of transportation regulations.
Mail and packages cannot be delivered to recipient addresses on weekends, public holidays, and public holidays.
Recipient addresses must be schools, workplaces, or residential areas inaccessible to delivery personnel.
Order and Logistics Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing a tracking number. You can click the link to go to the courier company's website to check the package delivery status. You can also click "Order Tracking," enter your email address and order number to track your order, or contact Airytre customer service for assistance.
