Thank you for choosing Airytre 3D printed shoes. We bring you a comfortable and technologically advanced wearing experience using our independently developed special resin materials and advanced manufacturing processes. To protect your rights, please carefully read the following warranty terms:

I. Warranty Scope
Warranty Period
The main body of the shoe (including the 3D printed sole and upper structure) is covered by a 90-day quality warranty from the date of receipt.

Warranty Coverage

  • Sole cracking or structural breakage caused by non-human factors;
  • Manufacturing defects such as layer separation or deformation during printing;

II. Exclusions from Warranty

  • The following situations are not covered by the warranty, but paid repair services are available:
  • Normal wear and tear (including sole tread wear, surface scratches, etc.);
  • Material changes caused by failure to wash according to the washing instructions;
  • Human-caused damage (such as cuts from sharp objects, high-temperature heating, chemical corrosion, etc.);
  • Products beyond the warranty period;
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

III. After-Sales Service Process

  • Contact Customer Service
    Please leave a message through the official website customer service channel or WeChat official account, providing your order number and photos of the affected area.
  • Review and Confirmation
    Customer service will review your application within one business day to confirm whether it meets the warranty conditions.
  • After-Sales ProcessIf it meets the warranty conditions:
    We will repair or replace it with the same model and size free of charge (if the model is sold out, we can negotiate to exchange it for another style).
    Outside the Warranty Coverage: We will provide a paid repair quote based on the actual situation, and repairs will be carried out after your confirmation.
  • Return Address
    After approval, customer service will inform you of the return address and precautions. Return shipping costs for non-quality issues must be borne by the user.

IV. Special Notes

  1. The 3D printed shoes use a mesh-like hollow structure, which has good breathability and flexibility. Please avoid contact with sharp objects to extend their lifespan.
  2. We recommend hand washing or gently brushing with a soft brush and air drying. Do not expose to direct sunlight or machine wash.
